The teacher thinks aloud. The model sits beside them and makes the second example on demand.
Feedback the same day. One named coach. Tiers teachers actually exit. And the tools that make Monday possible.
A six-strand observation rubric. Evidence written down beside every score. Never used for evaluation.
A six-domain readiness audit before we coach anyone — so the money lands on the right teachers.
MTSS logic for adults. Published entry criteria, published exit criteria, a decision every ten days.
Five clocks running at once: same day, 48 hours, ten days, monthly, quarterly.
Student movement, teacher practice, and coach-level variance — the number nobody else publishes.
Four platforms built in-house, included. Differentiation, MTSS, K–3 reading, and the system above them.
Four phases of release, each paired with a defined role for the AI in the room — so technology never does the thinking the student was supposed to do.
The teacher thinks aloud. The model sits beside them and makes the second example on demand.
The class supplies the next move and corrects itself out loud. The model drives only where they point it.
Peers build it together and justify it to each other. The model is a member of the group, not its answer key.
The student produces alone at grade-level demand. The model follows behind and checks after.
The category runs six-week cycles. A teacher can hold one change for two weeks, not two months.
Full lesson watched with the district's own materials open.
One strength, one target, one standard. Never two.
The coach teaches the move in that teacher's own room.
Practised with the coach, not on the students.
Four lessons solo. Two unannounced drop-ins.
Did it move? Continue, change, or change tier — in writing.
Districts tier students with entry and exit rules. Almost nobody tiers teachers. Here are ours, published.
LeadershipA monthly calibration walk — coach and principal score the same lesson, then reconcile the difference.
Tier 1 · UniversalCurriculum-embedded learning plus one observation and one same-day conversation each cycle.
Tier 2 · TargetedExit takes three clean cycles and movement on a named student measure. Both, not either.
Tier 3 · IntensiveWeekly, video-anchored, every lesson co-planned. If it still doesn't move, we say so in writing.
One strength, one target, one rehearsal — before the teacher goes home.
Evidence quoted, strand scored, and the material needed to act on it.
Continue, change the target, or change the tier. Written down either way.
Exactly the format the solicitation asks for, with attachments.
Guskey's five levels, scored honestly — including the one most reports skip.
Coverage, teacher practice, student movement — and coach-level variance, which no provider in this category publishes.
None of them replaces the coach. Each removes the work that stops a teacher acting on the feedback they just got.
What it doesIEP, 504, English learner and gifted versions at the same standard and the same depth — identical to students on the outside.
In coachingWe open tomorrow's real bundle and ask one question: do the supports lower the load, or lower the expectation?
What it gives backThe four hours of Sunday work that is the real reason differentiation doesn't happen.

What it doesScreening, intervention record, fidelity log and progress slope in one place — and it applies the decision rule.
In coachingThe Teacher Support Team meets about the decision, not about assembling the folder.
In MississippiTracks the state's progress-monitoring cadence and flags the gap before a monitoring visit does.

What it doesSix diagnostics — letter sounds through connected reading — producing a skill map, a dated plan, and a readiness forecast.
In coachingTeam meetings stop being about which children struggle and start being about which sub-skill is blocking each one.
The Mississippi caseSupplies the diagnostic evidence, growth goals, monitoring method and family strategies an Individual Reading Plan is made of.

DistrictMastery, tier movement, hours returned, and an ESSA subgroup view with a continuous bias audit on the recommendation engine.
TeacherA morning brief naming the three students who need something today, and why.
The line it won't crossAn accommodation is applied automatically. A modification lowers the ceiling — so only an IEP team can make one, never the AI.

Under state control since January 2026. Every file the district produces this year is more likely than usual to be read by somebody outside it.
Every cycle names the standard code under work — and scores the task against that standard's demand.
Coaching anchored to what the district adopted, framed by the state's rubrics and the Eight Elements.
Built backwards from the gate: Level 3 on the third-grade MAAP-ELA, two retests, five exemptions, seven-part reading plans.
Screening three times a year, Tier II every two weeks, Tier III weekly — documented as it runs, not rebuilt for review.
Every intervention carries its tier. Where the evidence is Tier IV — a rationale, not a result — we say Tier IV.
2 CFR 200, ESSA, EDGAR, FERPA, Title VI & IX, Section 504, ADA. Records held five years past final payment.
The solicitation makes these a pass/fail screen, but MDE publishes no micro-credential programme under that name — Mississippi issues CEUs and semester hours for teachers, and the micro-credentials teachers do hold come from NEA through MAE. We will submit documentation of every credential the district identifies and certify we maintain it for the term. We do not claim a credential we cannot verify.
A former teacher, superintendent, and principal at every level. A former Director of Education. An author. Nine graduate degrees and a doctorate.
He has run the classroom, the building and the district — elementary, middle and high school, then the central office. That matters here for one reason: a coach who has only ever coached optimises for the conversation. One who has also had to answer for the building optimises for the file, the timeline and the audit. Those are not the same product.
The coach named in the contract is the coach in the room. No rotation, no account manager, no substitute in November.
One all-inclusive day rate. Travel, mileage, lodging and materials absorbed, not billed. Rate card comes with the proposal.
The whole practice on one page — evidence, commitments, delivery model, credentials.
ITI, the ten-day cycle stage by stage, and the tier system with its entry and exit rules.
MCCRS, HQIM, the reading gate, MTSS, evaluation crosswalk and federal compliance.
What each platform does, how the coach uses it, and what the teacher has on Monday.
Ask any provider what their coaching produced in the district most like yours, at your scale, on the state test — and what the spread was between their best coach and their worst. We'll answer both in writing before you sign anything.
